Dave Basinger-President

Dave Basinger  has lived at Woodland Hills for 28 years, he was appointed to the Board  October 2017 to full fill Marian Fischer term.
 

Victoria has lived in woodland hills for 9 years and is the owner/operator of Plemmons Construction and Remodeling LLC. She brings a knowledge of property management and finance to the board.

Donna Shultz has lived at Woodland Hills for 20 years she has served on the Board for 4 years. She worked for PNC Bank for 24 years , and 15 years at GE customer service. She has a lot of financial experience.  Donna is currently the Financial Treasurer. 

Jim Kasper has lived at Woodland Hills for 33 years he has served on the Board for 4 years. Jim is very dedicated and has a strong interest in maintaining the property values. 

Terry has lived in Woodland Hills for 23 years. She spent her career in customer service and brings such a positive outlook to everything she does. She cares about her community and works well with others to get things done.
